How to Pay Dues

There are a couple of ways that you can pay your HOA dues.  All methods outlined below are valid ways to pay your HOA dues, and the choice of how to pay is entirely up to you.   

IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS, YOUR HOA MANAGER HAS TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT. To get that process started, please fill out the New Homeowner Registration.

 1. Online Payments via Buildium

We offer convenient online payment options through Buildium, including both recurring AutoPay and one-time payments using ACH (E-Check), credit cards, or debit cards.

a. E-Check / ACH Payment – RECOMMENDED (No Processing Fees)
This is our preferred payment method, as there are no processing fees. To set up an E-Check or ACH payment, you’ll need your bank account number and routing number.

b. Credit or Debit Card
You may also set up recurring or one-time payments using a credit or debit card. Please note that Buildium charges a 2.99% processing fee per transaction for these payment methods.

2. Offline Payment by Personal Check

If you prefer to pay by personal check, you have two options:

b. Hand Deliver Your Payment:
You may also deliver your check in person to the address above. There is a locked HOA drop box labeled “HOAM, LLC Payments,” located to the left of the entrance door as you enter the building.
