Parking Enforcement
As many of you are aware, the CC&R’s for the Association do prohibit parking/storage of RVs, boats, campers, trailers, etc within the boundaries of the Association.
However, please note that HOA does not have the ability to enforce against vehicles that are parked on the street, as the streets in this community are all public streets. If you see a vehicle that you believe is in violation of the city’s vehicle code, please contact the Post Falls Police Department at 208-773-3517.
